If anyone is desiring to live here, DO NOT! These apartments are poorly managed and the general staff along with the maintenance crew, do nothing for the tenants and are nearly impossible to work with. Their No pet policy is BS, if you "work" there you can have all the pets you want. They charge a $200.00 re-decoration fee that has no merit whatsoever, accept to take your money. I moved in to a filthy apartment with nothing cleaned and the appliances barely working. I was told all the repairs and cleaning would take place after I moved in and it never did. I have lived here over a month now and still nothing but rudeness and disrespect. I tried to contact the management company M.E.B. and i got no reply. These apartments are run by crooks and bullies, who are reasonable only until you sign your lease. The location next to NAU is what first attracted me to this place, but I see now I have made a HUGE mistake and it was NOT worth it. Save yourself a lot of money and grief and go somewhere else

These apartments are NOT that bad. If you are not NEEDY and/or SNOBBY like this person sounds, the apartments are pretty decent. The location makes up for everything, and the maintenance man is a decent man, he runs the WHOLE complex and can't be everywhere at once, work orders take time and patience.

I was looking at moving here and actually got up to the point of signing the lease, when I noticed that they had a different rent rate on the lease then what we had been quoted (along with the manager signing and dating). however, when I called them on it, they told me that that was a special that was going at the time and wouldn't be good when I moved in, even though they had said nothing about that when they offered us that rate (which was the whole reason we put the money down on it). They wouldn't budge on it at all and are making it out to be our fault for "misunderstanding" them because "they have never made a mistake about rates". I'm getting my money back and going elsewhere.

Why would you move into a dirty apartment, where the appliances dont work? Thats just ignorant.
