I thought the rent was high like a lot of other peeps on here but then when i went and got prices at other places i realized that its actually not high at all. Flagstaff is just expensive in general. Its almost right on campus and like dude before me said, they dont put up with crap here. They really care about making this a safe place to live. they dont allow parties or mischief at all. The staff is awesome and take care of everything immediately. they have free movies and free wi-fi. they do all kinds of parties for the tenants to. I recommend it.
