I just have to say that I've really been impressed with the Staff at University West apartments. Particularly the onsite manager, Jessica. She is very prompt with addressing questions and concerns. She is easy to work with and diligent in her duties to try to make the tenants happy. She does her best to maintain a safety and cohesive apartment community. I give her 5 stars!!
