I would have to say that this place was exceptional in regard to signing up via the internet without seeing the apartment prior to moving in. We moved in not knowing what to expect and found friendly staff, well maintained apartments and reasonable prices.

For not having to pay additional utilities, I feel that we got what we deserved. Although the apartments were built years ago, I really like them. I would definately recommend this place to anyone looking to live off campus or reasonably affordable housing for Flagstaff.
