This apartment complex is a relative winner. It does have some problems, but what apartment complex doesn't' It has a nice mix of families, college students, and professionals.

The problems are as follows:

-we happened to get stuck above some college guys who constantly played loud music at 3am... I don't believe this is typical, I think we were just unfortunate.

-in the summer the 'neighborhood' kids hang out all around the parking lots riding bikes, skateboards, etc - and they aren't respectful of whether they hit people's cars with basketballs, etc - though they are not deliberately throwing things at the parked cars.

-there is no air conditioning in the apartments - in the summer the highway (if you face that direction) is super loud, and the apartments do get pretty hot during the day (though they have many ceiling fans), but do cool off at night.

The positive things:

-all utilities are paid (including cable, excluding phone)!
-it is relatively cheap
-no bug problems
-the apartments are pretty nice
