These apartments were cheap, small, and depressing. The staff was unhelpful and detached.
When the tiles in my shower fell off due to rotting wood underneath them, it took the management two months to repair the problem.
I also went without heat for two days during the winter. The office just provided a space heater while they worked on the problem.
The Village is a college kid apartment complex. There are much better apartments in Flagstaff. Check out Country Club Estates on Cortland Blvd. They are comparable in price, with great amenities, good management, and in a great location.
