Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
We have lived here for almost 1 year. About 5 months ago an new maintenance person moved in below us. After repeatedly being disturbed by his music (i.e. floor vibrating), we went to speak with the manager. Being that he is a repeat offender, we have spoken with her MANY times and still the noise has not ceased. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
