The staff are not helpful and are downright deceiptful. They misrepresent deposits that you make, i.e., charging a preparation fee and saying that it is a cleaning fee, and then when you move out saying that it was lost the minute you signed the lease no matter what you do. The apartments are junky with doors off of the cabinets and dripping water pipes. They never fix these because they say these apartments will be remodeled only to sell.
