This place really cannot be any better. It's about a 5 min walk away from campus (North OR South campus), the people who live there are way chill, the landlord takes great pains to respect your privacy, and on top of all that, I get free utilities! FREE water, FREE electric, FREE gas... if there is a downside to this place, it is only that the washer/dryer is coin-op, but someone is usually in the office willing to exchange cash for quarters, so that's no big deal. The rooms are reasonably large, about the size of a room (which you would have to share) in my last home, Cowden Hall, and the rooms even include their own private bathroom! They have a website that has more details, as well as some pretty good pictures of the interior and exterior. If you're looking for a budget apartment, and you're in Flagstaff, this is THE place you want to be.
