It is really nice to only have to pay one bill of around $500 a month as a college student. But is it worth it when your stove doesn't work, your shower is rusty and your fridge doesn't stay cold' Not really.
These apartments are not a good choice. When I moved in the fixtures were broken and hanging out of the walls, the stove/oven were barely in working condition, the carpet was heavily stained, the paint was chipped and the bathroom fixtures were rusty.
The owner is a very rude and cruel man. He is not pleasent to be around and often doesn't show up.
