It has been very cold in Flagstaff. Woodcrest Apartments has a unique (for Flagstaff) hot water heating system which allows residents to have FREE HEATING AND HOT WATER.

Unfortunately, the property experienced some serious leak and pump problems in the distribution system during the recent cold spell. Management responded as quickly as possible with the repairs made in approximately twenty-four hours. For those who were inconvenienced management purchased and distributed electric space heaters to those who requested them.

Management recognizes that mechanical breakdowns cause periods of discomfort and pledges to keep down time to a minimum. It is hoped that residents recognize the benefits of saving as much as $75 per month in winter gas costs.

This property has been struggling with plumbing repairs since at least the year 2000. Maybe it's time to hire a more efficient plumbing company to diagnose and correct the problem. Free heat and hot water don't mean a thing when they're not available!
