Don?t know where ?Terrible place to live!!!!? actually rented but their description of Woodcrest is totally ?off base?; so much so as to be completely unrecognizable! My wife and I have lived here since October 1994 and have found it to be, and widely regarded as, one of the finest apartment complexes in Flagstaff. There was a period last spring when there a number of ?water shutoffs? during the daytime, BUT not without flyers being distributed to each apartment with the exact schedule of dates and times as the owners replaced the entire underground system to PREVENT future unexpected outages. They even gave out free bottled water at the office for those who forgot when it was their turn!

As to management, we are on our second set, and all the office staff have been always been unfailing friendly and totally professional. As to maintenance every problem we have had, and there haven?t been many, was ?cleared? within 24hours if not that very day. Over the many years we have been together, my wife & I have lived in many apartment complexes all over the United States, and Woodcrest is BY FAR the nicest, most conveniently located facility we?ve ever called home.
