Beware, the worst management I have dealt with in 5 years of renting! In my building alone, 7 vehicles were burlarized, yet still lights were not fixed or security re-hired. Rent hikes are in store even more as they were just purchased by new slum lords. In my building after doing research, discovered 4 crime reports in 6 months and they were not evicted even though it is "crime-free"! Noise is a serious issue, seems to be very little insulation as well as dogs everywhere not on leashes. So be prepared for animal attacks as you leave your vehicle to make your way to your apt. Maintenance is a joke, they don't know how to fix things properly. Went without heat over 5 times in freezing temperatures and told to deal with it w/o comp or anything. Water pressure and hot water are big issues as they are either all or nothing here. PLEASE, PLEASE do your homework, there are much better options before you get stuck in a lease here as the manager is not always with her faculties and will not work with you at all once you discover the mistake you made by living here!
