Maybe I have a biased opinion because one of my good friends works in the office, but I like living here at Woodcrest. Yeah, they did have the water on and off for a whole month, but it was only because they were trying to fix a really bad plumbing problem that the original builders failed to fix themselves. The water was off from 9am-12pm and sometimes for a couple of hours in the afternoon. I had to get up early to make sure I did all my water things before they turned it off, but it's a lot better now. They're doing a lot of "remodeling" as the previous writer said. This "remodeling" includes new roofs, new landscaping and some other stuff that really doesn't involve me. Yeah, I couldn't take a nap because the roofers were really loud and pounding during the day, but they're supposed to be done soon and then maybe my roof won't leak, like it did a year ago when I moved in. The maintenance does a good job. They always come really quickly--like the next day. Sometimes they get it wrong the first time, but they always come back right away to fix it again. All in all, I plan on resigning my lease next month. Maybe I am biased. You really can't be the free heat though--I have that thing cranked up to 80 degrees sometimes. (Don't tell the office that)

The plumbing has been "being worked on" since 2001. They use a crap plumbing company which is why it never gets corrected. This complex is sinking fast and will soon be only a pretty shell with the interior crumbling around the tenants. Very sad.
