The spa is finally open which as the other reviews explain has been closed up until now.

It is relatively quiet. I do recommend the top floor so you cannot hear people walking around upstairs but other than that the sound isn't a problem.


The only problems I have with the apartment complex are:
1. When we moved in, it smelt of cigarette smoke. I have tried Febreeze and had the office clean the vents out but the smell is still there.
2. The maintenance people came to replace our vent. The condition in which they left the bathroom was disappointing and upsetting. The shower curtain had a slash mark in it, there was a hole in the wall, rusted nails left on the ground, the toilet seat was now loose and paint had been chipped off, and the tub had footprints on it. With all this going on however, the office staff was apologetic, replaced our shower curtain, and sent us a plant and thank you note for our patience. The apartment complex I lived in prior to this would have never done this.
