Woodcrest was one of the better experiences I've had here in Flagstaff. The staff, Michelle especially, is incredibly helpful and always happy to see you. They answer any of your questions and never seem like they're in a hurry for you to leave. The apartments are one of the older ones in the area. However, everything in the apartment held up fine while we were there. Washer and Dryer in the unit was my favorite part, as I haven't had that in a while. The place was clean, roomy (2 bedroom, no loft), and has plenty of storage space throughout. Bills are great. They cover your gas, trash, water, and basic cable. The only thing I paid for was electricity. The place was so efficient that even in the dead of winter, my electricity bill never eclipsed $35. Added to all of this, they recently repainted the entire property and things look better than ever. Their indoor spa is great for the cold months and the workout room has everything you need. For $1,035 (with the all the bills included above), it's about what you'll pay in Flagstaff for something of this quality. You could pay less, but you'll get less.
