When I first moved in I thought the complex was great but unfortunately, things have taken a turn for the worse There seems to be a very high turn over rate in the management office and the management lacks care and concern for keeping their good tenants. It doesn't matter if you've lived in this complex a few years, they still will raise your rent to what the going rate is. And I was told "this is a business we are running here". They have also started to increase their population of college students. It seems like the loud music and partying crowd is slowly but surely moving into this complex. It has become obvious that the complex would rather make a quick buck on college students (who will just end up trashing the place) then to keep good tenants who won't disrupt the peace.
I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend anymore because of the abundance of college kids and how noisy they can be. When I first moved in, I was under the assumption that this complex was going for a family friendly atmosphere but I don't think that is the case anymore.
Also, they are extremely overpriced for what you are getting!
