I lived in Woodlands Village for 11 months and I never had an issue. We had some trouble getting a crack in our ceiling fixed and they did a shoddy job of patching it up. However, whenever we had any other problem, it was taken care of pretty quickly. I expected a lot more college students, but I was surprised at how many families lived here. It is really close to campus, but also very expensive. I always felt pretty safe, even though the complex is not lit very well. I would recommend living here, but I think it was too expensive.
