Terrible

It was my first apartment as a renter and a terrible experience.
1. When I first moved in, at least 7 electrical outlets in the apartment had to be replaced because they would not hold cords.
2. The office was never open when they were supposed to be so it was difficult to find someone if you needed to pick up a package, get something fixed, or give them rent.
3. It took them a week to get out to our apartment to fix things.
4. The card machine when using the washers and dryers would not work some of the time. It never accepted a debit card but some times it would not even take the cash causing people to not be able to do laundry.
5. The washers and dryers would not work properly; sometimes the dryers would spin but not dry or the machines would not work all together.
6. The neighbors around us were always loud at inappropriate times of the day. The downstairs neighbors would blast music about 6:30am and the next door neighbors would talk right outside of our window at 4am.
7. There were always shopping carts near the dumpsters and when the office was notified they did nothing to remove the shopping carts. I had to call the stores to have them be picked up; however, there were always shopping carts in the complex parking lot especially toward the last building of the complex.
8. The shoveling of snow at 6 and 7am was also disappointing since the window was near the stairs and it woke me up.
Thankfully the apartment complex I do live in now is great.
The good things about the apartment:
1. The maintenance staff was nice, knowledgeable, and fixed the problems.
2. The apartment was relatively inexpensive and close to campus.
