So far, so good. But the neighbors can get on your nerves - I have lived at Pine View Village for about 4years now. Nice Place to Live! They have recently (since spring 09) hired new staff in the front office and things have improved dramatically. Issues are addressed quickly, their rates have dropped to a very competitive rate and the grounds are really nice - lots of grass, trees and native plants.

Great experience I just graduated in May so I moved out of my apartment. I didn't have any problems with maintenance, office personnel, or the area. It was a great experience but it was time to go home. When I moved out I got my entire deposit back and it came within just a few days.
