These are very nice apartments to live in.

I first lived in a 2 bedroom with a single car attached garage. The bedrooms were a very nice size, and the walk-in closets were large. I did have trouble with the air conditioning once, but it was resolved rather quickly. After a few months, I upgraded to the 3 bedroom with the 2 car garage. The 2 main bedrooms and the kitchen was a little smaller, but still larger then most. The only thing I don?t like is how small the 3rd bedroom is. I use it for an office, but it would make a very tiny 3rd bedroom. Also, I wish that they had put the balcony out a little further to allow for a bigger dinning area.
There could definitely have been some better layouts, since there is a lot of open areas, which I feel is just wasted space, but the apartments are still good size. The 2 bedroom was about 1220 sq? and the 3 bedroom is about 1280 sq?, but the 3 bedroom does have a 2 car attached garage instead of just a 1 car. Over all, I am very happy here, and I love the town of Fountain Hills.
