I have been living at Four Peaks for the past two years. I have read all the reviews thus far and disagree with alot of the privicy issues. My experience is the managment staff will notify you 48 hours before entering and with an emergency they will try everything to get ahold of the tenant before entering. When I have someone go in to fix a problem they ask for permission and a phone number first before they will do anything. I think that the property is very clean and the staff is wonderful.
