This apartment complex is super. It is well lit, safe, clean, and like new with good landscaping. There is a bus line to stops on Shea right across the street. The air is actually clean out here and it's only 15 min. to 101. There's a huge state park and golfing nearby. The two bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage. The one bedroom layouts are really cute. There are also apartments with garages for those waiting to move into a house and have loads of stuff. The views here are awesome and there's food shooping, pizza, dry cleaners etc. etc. right across the street. The management team has been here for months now and is extremely courteous, responsive and professional. They get things done. There are two things that a perspective tenant might want to consider, however, and that is that in the non-garage homes atleast, the insulation (for noise) isn't that great so depending on your neighbor, it could be a problem (you can hear above/below) and there is new construction going on on an adjacent lot so there's some noise on that side of the complex for now. On the other side it's as quiet as ever.
