out of control

First, it takes 15 minutes just to get from the complex to Shea, the only access. Then depending on traffic, it can take another 20 minutes just to reach the 101 in east Scottsdale. Second, the walls are thin as a previous writer stated. There is a fitness center but you can't work out at night because there's a room full of -------- watching telemundo in there. Maybe they work at the loud construction site across the street. There are scorpions here mainly on the lower floors. The worst problem is that it is near FHHS and a lot of kids live here unsupervised and apparently dealing drugs as their clients come and go and park in your assigned space repeatedly. The office staff is completely impotent and the advertised "courtesy patrol" doesn't exist. They are likely to assign you a parking place out of sight and far from your apartment.(not that you would be able to park there anyway) So if you are old or out of shape, you'll have to walk up 3 flights of stairs just to get out of the parking lot in some buildings to get to the bottom of the building where you may have to climb 3 more flights to get to the 3rd floor. Also it has happened that some of the young resident skateboard delinquints will vandalize your car on their way to buying drugs at the shopping center across the street. Since the office staff won't control the bad residents, I had hoped the band of motorcyle riders would be macho enough to help with the delinquints, but I guess they are deaf due to their own noisy machines. In all fairness though, I can vouch that you can, at times, see the famous fountain.
