poor parking; huge turnover of staff

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
My biggest complaint is having a hard time finding parking spots; also the new manager seems horrible; and the place has been under construction for the past 6 months and still under construction! Have not had access to pool or fitness center during this entire time and they are still raising the rent at the end of the lease period (def. not renewing). Very long, annoying commute to scottsdale; spending way too much on gas....leaving in one month. Yay!
