I've been here for almost two years...construction for the last six months...no hot tub...they're getting ready to do condo conversions on these and sell them...no telling when they'll ask you to leave so don't bother moving here...you'll be very sorry...also the new manager is a bully type...doesn't care if you have any problems...he'd rather just see you move out so they can redo your apt...Stay away...parking is ------...supposedly assigned...people always parked in their unassigned space etc...rent is going up and up here so don't bother...not worth your time...you can get a better place in Chandler or other outer lying areas...there is also another apt complex here in town...check them out...called Ridge View Apts they're better than these I went to look at them this last weekend...great manager who has been there for the last year or so...Kim was great here and they moved her onto another property...Pam is great and so is the maitenence personnel on the property...that's all I have to say for now
