It is the worst place to live ever! The managament is horrible. I have been here for 3 years now. The construction for their condo conversion has been horrible.We, the tenants who live there now, are the one's suffering. They dont care about their currant renters AT ALL! All they care about is selling there new condo's. I was really happy here for 2 years till the new management came. Now I am counting the days till I leave, which is 45. Dont beleive any BS they try to give you. They will rent to you, then kick you out, or continue to raise your rent, why you, the renter in inconvienced by everything they are trying to do to sell them. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Dont say you havent been warned!! You can get beautiful condos and duplexes for the same price all around Fountain Hills, like I did. Go to scottsdaleparadise.com and search rentals in Fountain Hills. When you reply to an ad, ask for Julia. She is wonderful and she will work with whoever has it listed to get you exactly what you want at no extra charge to you. I cannot wait to move in Nov.! Good luck in your search, continue searching after you pull up this property. It sucks!!
