You will LOVE living at Four Peaks. We missed it so much, that we returned after a year of disappointment in Scottsdale. The quiet tranquil serenity of Fountain Hills with breathtaking views in a Tuscan Villa resort environment. Yes, Four Peaks has undergone a lot of changes over the past 18 months as a condo conversion. I moved out last year because of the construction during their much needed multi- million dollar renovation. Yes, the brand new upgraded units are now being sold as condominiums to many silent investors who don't really live there. However, regardless of who actually owns your apartment unit, Four Peaks is still renting and offering 12-month leases for their investors. The result, a magnificent newly renovated environment that surpasses the standards of even the most luxurious and exclusive living communities. Four Peaks not only represents a wonderful lifestyle, but also best value in Fountain Hills. If there were luxury rentals in Scottsdale that offered the same amenities, the rental price would easily be double - if not more. I simply could not be more pleased with my luxury home at Four Peaks and the kind and caring professional staff. Trust me, its worth the drive. Escape to a peaceful pleasant oasis to call home at Four Peaks !!
