I've been living in this complex over a year and was happy with the place. Then new management took over and customer service has declined rapidly. I am so looking forward to the end of my lease so I can get out of here.

Items in the home constantly breaking, management taking weeks to fix (i.e. washing machine, running toilet, leaking refrigerator).

I definitely would not recommend this place to my friends.

I lived there for a year in 2007-2008. I found the same to be true and complined quite a few times abouty the roaches...with being told the bug spray company should take care of it...yet in April-May I would get the large roaches and water bugs in the cabinets and fixtures! So glad I moved out and found a much better apartment in Scottsdale!
