We have lived at Ridge View since 2007 and we think this complex is wonderful. The apartments are spacious and quiet. The people, for the most part, are friendly and courteous. The management staff bend over backwards to see that our stay here is comfortable. The maintenance staff are very responsive, usually getting things fixed within 24 hours. The pool is great and the view from the pool is priceless. The grounds are well maintained and we even enjoy occasional wildlife wandering through. I would only have a couple of minor criticisms. The first being that the appliances are a little outdated, although they work quite well. The other is that the complex is actually over lighted at night and if I want to get any sleep (I live on the ground floor), I have to close the blinds. I have no problem with any noise from my neighbors. I live near the pool and I haven't heard much noise even when there is a wedding going on.I would recommend this complex to anyone. You can't beat the view of the mountains and Fountain Hills is a very quiet community, especially at night. It makes you feel as if you are living in a rural area. I come from New York State and I don't know what folks in Arizona use to judge apartments, but I can tell you that this place beats anywhere else I have lived. I fully expect to spend a lot of enjoyable years here.
