This place sucks! I am so glad I have a short term lease as will run for the hills once I can get out. The appliances and water faucets are way too old. The waser and dryer units are old and loud. You cannot get hot water to run into the washer..it must be warm or cold only. The noise level from neighbors is not taken care of in a professional manner. If you complain you are told to call the police. I heard from an 'insider' that rents will be going up quite steeply after one's lease is up. Last night (feb 20) I was asleep and woke up to my neighbors screaming at each other and slamming doors, while my neighbor below me was blasting music...I went to the balcony to close the door and could smell the aroma of pot being smoked below....give me a break!

Hello, I am the community manager and I am very concerned with your situation. I ask you to please come to the office and tell me where the noise and aroma is coming from so we can address this issue. I have not heard of anyone coming into the office to report they have smelled their neighbors smoking pot and it is very rare to have someone come in for a noise compliant. I apologize you have not had a good experience living at Ridge View and I would like to make the rest of your stay enjoyable. Thank you, Misty Wilson
