Love it - My family and I have lived here for over a year. WARNING!!!! My lease is up in 3 months and I am out of here! I love the location....love the views....but cannot stand the large roaches that come into the apts through the ceiling lights!!!! I am not kidding! You will see them running back and forth in the plastic light guard....sickening!

I am out of here! I can't wait till my lease is up! Moving to Ridge View Apartments was a huge mistake. Management is horrible. They can't/won't fix things that are old and broken. Save yourself the headache and move somewhere that is friendly and the apartments are livable!

I love it here! I have lived at Ridge View for amost 3 years. The staff is awesome! And the Service is great! The complex is always kept up and taken care of. The apartments are quiet & I have the most amazing neighbors! Ive made alot of friends since moving to fountain hills. & would recommend

Great Move I recently just moved here to attend graduate school and the quiet atmosphere allows me to concentrate on my school work. Also the two bedrooms allow me to spread out and not crame all my stuff into one small space. I love the two walk in closets too, allowing for a lot of storage.

Pleasantly Surprised The two bedroom units are very spacious. The grounds are lovely. I moved my daughter in and she had some maintenance problems that were immediately fixed with one call to the office. The office staff is very helpful.
