These apartments are extremely nice & spacious. But also very expensive. A three bedroom ran us 1070 (and that was after they gave us three months rent off spread out through 13 months). The staff there is absolutely horrible. April is probably one of the rudest people I met. They have lied to me on numerous occasions, and they talk down to you. They are simply not trustworthy. The apartment has good parking & you can't really hear noise from the other apartments. most people would sacrifice the apartment staffs attitude for the great amenities, but these guys are just over the top. Hey I looked at Lyon's Gate for a while. I was living at Azul. I was paying 1300 for a 2 bd and now am paying 1800 for a 1 bd in Maryland. I wouldn't complain about the price, but would complain about the apts. We were going to move into one that had obviously been smoked in. We put a deposit down, but changed our minds. I agree, stay away from Lyon's gate.
