First off, this is The Edge and it is no longer Alexan. This place is horrible!! Turn back while you have the chance. The Manager, April, is the most awful person I have ever met in my life. She is extremely fake and rude. She talks to you as if you were miniscule and insignificant and yet you cannot understand a thing she says. You can understand my three year old better. If you are trying to contact her, because she is the property manager and you might have a legitimate complaint, she will not return your calls.
As for the property, it may look pretty, but looks are deceiving. The walls are so thin you can hear the person next door walking and if there is running or stomping above you, it sounds like a heard of elephants. The pool is never heated, even though they say it is. And when we asked if it was going to be fixed we were told that they were not going to. This was in December. I think they received enough complaints because they finally fixed it in March. The hot tube has caused one resident a bleached pair of swimming trunks and another a staph infection. They are also loaded with black widows and many other bugs.
I know of a resident that complained of their bug issue multiple times to the manager and asked to maybe move from the first floor to the second floor to help eliminate some of the problem. The manager, April, treated her very poorly and did nothing of the situation.
I could go on forever, but instead I will just warn you, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
