I'm currently living at Bayside and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. Our apartment is nice, cheap, right on a lake, and the office staff is really nice and helpful. The complex is pretty quiet too -- I never hear my neighbors. They could use another hot tub, as the one they have is always occupied, even at 4 am. So far Bayside has been a great place to live.
