forget it dont even go there From: lostinphnx Date posted: 1/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I have lived here at bayside for some time now over 7 years since 1999 so I really dont care if management sees this or not, I really hope they do, anyway the managers have been plenty over 8 years 7 of them, the one in now is the only one that has a clue, the maintneance staff is rated a 6 out of 10 but the worst is the gouging on the rents once you are in the place, the turnover is very high they raise the rents becsue of "market" thats --------, it called rent gouging, and thats why so many leave because of the gouging.....now you are wondering why I have here so long and continue to be here, its called convenience to work and shopping which is rated 3 out of 5. The security sucks, the lake which has no fish at all because of the massive fish kills 1-2 years ago unless you eat carp.....the lake ducks crap all over the place including the sidewalks, overall rating 3 out of 10 I wil let you make the choice.
