When I viewed the display apt. I was shone one..when I got the keys it was a totally diffen floor plan.I complained the mgt/ and was told there could be nothing done till the lease was up. That is till i CALLED CORPERATE(EQUITY) Low and behold they found an apt.like the one I was shone.When it was time to move I told the office I was out as of the anniversity date...two months in the future. At no time in the 3 times I informed them ,did they tell me "put it in writing" When I moved I got a certified letter saying I owed a month rent because it wasnt in writing.After some very rude calls and threats they turned the case over to collection agency who threatened to put in om my credit record. Funny but I later found out Bayside put it on within a month of moving.I believe because I called corporate this was done as a vendetta.I also wasnt the fist person that had this done to them.
