i thoroughly agree with the other comment from the guy that has lived here 7 years. i only signed a 4 month lease because i was afraid of my present job relocating me right after the new year. it didn't end up happening, but after a month and a half being in this apartment they sent me the renewal notice. first off, already paying a higher rent because only on a 4 month lease (approx 796 for a one bedroom - was advertised and still advertised as 680/mo on the website for a 12mo lease), then i get a notice from them stating they want 816/mo for a 12mo lease or 937/mo for month to month. they can stick their lies about 'corporate sends out the prices' because the current managements signature is on it. they can stick it up their arse. another no biggie, but a lie, was that the 'only utility you will pay for is electric'. on my move-in date i was advised i would also have to pay for water too. f*&% these evil, corrupt, jerks. i'm contacting an attorney mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
