I lived in these apartments for a few months and for the most part I enjoyed it. I had a 2-bedroom right on the lake and I loved the view. I felt the apartments were clean, safe and well-maintained. Only thing was, I lived on the bottom floor and the guy above me had very heavy footsteps which often woke me out of my sleep. When I first moved in, there was a girl who lived there and even with her, her boyfriend and their dog there I could barely hear them. Then she moves out and big-foot moved in and it was terrible from then on. Any chance for peace and quiet was ruined. Even with ear-plugs you could hear him. For what I was paying for my apartment (a bit on the expensive side) I didn't expect to hear my neighbor's every move. The office staff contacted him a few times, but ultimately didn't really seem able to stop the problem. I'd recommend these apartments, but if you are a light sleeper get an upstairs if you can (and be considerate of your downstairs neighbor).
