Okay but a bit pricey

I have lived here for almost a year and have never had any major problems. The air conditioners are old and freeze up and leak very easily, but maintenance is pretty good about fixing it quickly. My biggest complaint is the kitchens. They are WAY TOO SMALL! No counter space, utensil drawers wont even fit a utensil tray. Makes me dread cooking. The second thing I hate is that there is no broom/coat closet. There is nowhere to store my vacuum cleaner and my broom. Just not enough space overall. Other than these two things which are pretty major issues for me, the apartments and staff are nice. I think the apartments are too small for the rent amount, but I guess you're paying to live in the Islands community which is very nice. Rent will be going up 32 dollars and I'll be renewing my lease. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
