good apartments, never had trouble with anything breaking and scorpions were the only bug problem because of the "newness" of the complex (haven't had a chance to drive them out yet) amenities are great but OVERPRICED. one grand a month is too much to pay for a place to live. parking sucks because old yuppies keep their three vehicles in stationary position for weeks at a time, preventing working schmoes like me from finiding a spot and forcing people to park out in the office parking lot on a daily basis.
