Cambria was a nice place at first glance. Once you spend time in the complex you begin to relize how poor the craftsmenship was on the apartments. There are lines that are not staight and gaps everywhere. I did have an issue with ants when I first moved in but they were taken care of as soon as I notified the office. Also, just because it is a gated community does not mean it is always safe. I had my tires slashed twice and asked the office if I could move and they refused even though I felt extremely unsafe. Bottom line, the community may look nice but it is not worth the money you spend on rent.
