The current office staff (has changed often in three years) are unfriendly and act as if anything you ask is an imposition. Have never received a thank you upon handing over a rent check. The parking is a nightmare, don't invite anyone over to visit. The grounds are unimpressive and often unkept, especially around the dumpsters. Noise from the neighboring strip mall is quite annoying. Residents are quite inconsiderate with regards to blocking garages and parking in fire lanes. The scorpion problem as sited in other reviews still exists and the rent is way too high for what you are getting.

Actually the rudeness in parking is true. I am a current resident. People park in the fire lanes and block you from getting out of your parking space. Also, it is supposed to be safe and secure apartment complex with gated entry but the gates are always left open. No safety there. Also the maintenance people live in one of the apartments and there are always a lot of people there and having parties.
