The ratings pretty much say it all.

- Clueless office staff, lacking empathy and initiative.
- Rude, inconsiderate, apathetic apartment manager.
- Cheap, careless contractors.
- Slow, bare-bones, prejudiced maintenance workers.
- Poor insulation, thin walls, no noise control.
- Terrible parking situation, no enforcement of parking violations.
- Complex built in 2001, but they are letting it go downhill very quickly.

The last thing I will say is when you have a complex with a terrible maintenance worker who then becomes your apartment manager, you're guaranteed to have problems. I hope Will has enjoyed the inflated sense-of-self, the opportunity to flirt with young girls, and the slight discount in rent.

Cannot recommend except to those who like the facade of luxury and will do anything to save a dollar. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

slander? HE HAS A RIGHT TO HIS OPINION, HE LIVED THERE AS ALL THE OTHERS WHO POSTED NEGATIVE COMMENTS.. IF IT WERE NOT FOR APARTMENTRATINGS.COM ALOT OF PEOPLE WOULD BE MOVING INTO PALCES SUCH AS THIS. I ALMOST CONSIDERED THIS PROPERTY, BUT AFTER READING ALL THE NEGATIVITY, THERE WAS NO WAY I WAS GOING TO PUT MYSELF IN THAT SITUATION. THE SAD THING ABOUT ALOT OF THESE EXPENSIVE LUXURY APARTMENTS, IS THAT THEY ARE NOT WORTH WASTING YOUR MONEY ON, I DECIDED TO GO WITH AN INDIVIDUALLY OWNED TOWNHOME. I LIVED IN GILBERT, LUXURY APT AND I WAS TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED, YOUR BETTER OFF RENTING IN THE "GHETTO"
