Overall, the apartments are very nice. However, the parking arrangement is terribe(especially on the weekends). The front office personel are incompetent and don't act like they like their jobs. There is alot of grass, but you must be careful because everybody lets their dogs use it as a toilet. The maintenance crew is also another bright spot.

The maintenence workers are all on drugs. They are serious drug users and sellers, also some of the residence also are obviously on drugs, you can tell by looking at them. It is scary. Some cut holes in their window screens to pass drugs they sell through. There is a lot of buying and selling of drugs here. From Ecstacy to Meth, you will possibly get neighbors who stay up talking all night, with 10 or 12 people walking around and playing music, and they may be employed by the apt complex as maintenence workers.
