well i guess there ok'! maybe.... From: drewbob Date posted: 7/18/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   well my wife and i moved here from mesa because we thought it was a really nice place to bring are new born baby too, and dont listen to anybody that says these apartments arent nice because the inside is very very nice, very tall roofs and very private, BUT it sucks for us because were very close to the second pool and o my god is it o so loud with these punk kids screaming at 10pm and also alot of dog crap on the ground when we moved here and the parking is a mess. also plan on if anything breaks you fix it your self and or call the office atleast 5 times through out the week and they might not forget about you and your broken dishwasher. to get a new one it took 2 weeks and me having to threaten the young lady that i will fix it and she can take it off my rent. my advise is you speak with the guy that works at the front, he seems to be the only person that gets the job done, i even see him picking up dog poop on his spare time. all in all i have to say that all apartment problems have issues and this is not the worst i have ever bin in, but the noise problem is the worst here. but one thing i really do like about this place is the staff stays the hell out of your life, my last place seemed like they were always spying on me (the reflections at red mountain in mesa) and i would also like to say it was not alot of money to move in and the rent is more than fair for what we have.the apt's are well laid out, all the windows are double plated to save money on energy, all apt have alarms built in and its only $10 a year, and they dont care if you paint the place, its very condo style living. and i must admit tho there is no security here i feel safe walking around at night and so does my wife.
