I've noticed that the only people that complain about these apartments must have never lived in an apartment before. I'll explain. These apartments are nice. layout's make sense, pricing is reasonable. Staff is on grounds 7 days a week. The apartments are in a nice area. Close to walgreens, food and what-have-you. Neighbores aren't unreasonably loud. Maintenance has always fixed things on the first call. Grounds are clean, gas grills all work. Pool is clean. Weight room is functional and has working TV's. Bathrooms on grounds are clean and tidy. Club house is beautiful. Landscaping is beautiful.
The only people complaining only complain about the realities of apartment life. You will hear your neighbores. That's the same in all apartments. There sometimes may be a shortage of parking. This happens in ALL apartments.
Overall this is a really nice place. I'll continue to live here until it stops making sense.
