I lived at Country Villa for over a year and loved it. Right until I had to move out. The community is safe and never had a problem with my personal property. You may think having utilities included is a GREAT perk. Watch out because the AC units go out a lot! When I mean go out they won't work for days. The staff was great again up until I moved out. I had a family emergency and notified the management 30 days prior to my move out. They advised me that my lease was up in June but it was only May and I needed to move out. I thought if I paid the last months rent I would be fine. I find out about a year later they nailed me for breaking the lease. Not only did I NOT break the lease they couldn't provide documentation that I had given them my 30 day notice. Since I didn't have a certified letter stating they received it I had to pay over $2,000 to that complex. They never called me or mailed me anything (as I provided a new mailing address). Please don't make the same mistake I did. Other than that it's a great place to live. FYI don't rent an apartment next to the playground. People let their children play till late hours of the night.
