New management is unbelievable. Together they snoop around into everyones business, looking for a problem. All of the tennants are breaking some kind of regulation, and tattle on eachother like kids. This is low income housing with Scottsdale requirements.
Everyone is loud and there are drug users, dealers, also child molestors. The washers $ dryers eat your money and don't work. The pool and hot tub smell like piss, since there is no bathroom at the pool area. Be sure to have car insurance, as they are regularly stolen or broken into. When I was 8 months pregnant, mngmt. threatened to evict me for my dog that I've had the entire 8 months I had already been there.
