OverPriced, Under Secured, and Management not competent
Maintainence Lazy and Burned out
Neighbors snooping and taddle-taling
called by management ( a community )or how a community behaves
Scorpions , Sugar ants and water bugs
tolerence for dogs barking all day (no resolves)
*no 24hr maintainece, regardless of what you heard
security company uneffective
not enough lighting for tenent vehicles to deter theft
